Can I change my shipping address?

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible with the correct address details, and we will update it for you.

Please note:

We can only ship orders to the address provided at checkout. If an incorrect address was entered and the package is delivered to that address, we are unfortunately unable to retrieve or replace the order. Please double-check your shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.

How much do I pay for delivery?

All orders include FREE and fast delivery UK-wide, no matter how many products you order.

When will my order arrive?

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Estimated delivery time: 5–9 business days after your order has been processed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs procedures, and local courier services.

During busy periods (such as holidays, sales, or peak seasons), shipping may take slightly longer than usual. Unexpected delays caused by weather conditions, transportation issues, or customs clearance are also possible and unfortunately outside of our control.

We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’ll always do our best to keep things moving smoothly.

Help, I think my order is lost/hasn’t been delivered?

We understand how important it is to receive your order on time.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window (5–9 business days), please allow a few additional business days for possible courier or customs delays.

If your package appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please contact us within 20 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue with the shipping provider and keep you updated.
